Shipping and Return Policy

Note: We can sell and ship only to US customers.

1 - Shipping charges and Classes of Service
The shipping charges calculated in your shopping cart reflect the destination shipping address (based on the zip code you supplied), the class of shipping service you selected, and the aggregate weight of all items in the order.  Online shipping services available include:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air*
  • UPS 2nd Day Air*
  • UPS 3- Day Select*

To use a different class of service, you may call in your order and arrange for the special service.*

* Because of the order-processing delays due to our backlog, we are able to process only UPS Ground shipments at this time.  We plan to resume normal shipping schedules as soon as possiblePlease see our Contact Us page for further information about the delays.
Special note: Often, UPS Ground will deliver to a Texas address in one business day from the day of shipment.  However, it is important to note that we are not always able to ship out an order on the same day it was received, unless you order an expedited shipping service, such as Next Day Air, etc.  Even expedited-shipping orders received after 2pm Central on weekdays may not be shipped until the following business day because of our daily UPS-pickup cutoff time.  Expedited orders received on the weekend cannot be shipped until the following week.

Please keep the in-Texas shipping time in mind if you are considering a more expensive class of service for delivery to a Texas destination.  For example, UPS Ground to Texas often takes only one business day for delivery from the day of shipment, and if you choose UPS 3-Day Select service, you may be paying more and getting your shipment later!

2 - Shipment & Delivery Times
Packages are customarily shipped out on business days (Monday through Friday).  Items not currently in stock are backordered, which means that those items will be sent as soon as possible, once we have more in stock (see 3 - Backorders below for more information).  Delivery times are determined by the date of shipment and the class of shipment service you selected on your order.

You will be informed of your shipment via e-mail if you provided us a valid e-mail address and if your e-mail account is not configured to spam-block e-mails from either Americart or BeeCARE.  The amount of time required for your package to arrive is determined by the date of shipment and the class of shipping service you paid for when you placed your order.  Neither shipping nor delivery normally occur on the weekends.  If you require Saturday delivery, you may order by phone and request this additional shipping service (please see the Contact Page).

3 - Backorders
If one or more items are unexpectedly out of stock (backordered), you will be e-mailed about when they will become available for shipping.  You will have the option to decline those items, to wait until they are in stock, or to receive the available items first and the backordered items when they become available.
4 - Returns for wrong or damaged items
If an item is defective or has been damaged in shipping, or you receive the wrong item other than what you ordered, you will be given a replacement item free of charge, including shipping.  Or you have the option of a refund for the defective or wrong item if you do not wish to receive a replacement.  In this case, we will send your refund when the defective or wrong item is returned.  (Please see our shipping address under '6 - Exchanges' below.)
5 - Voluntary Returns
If you change your mind about your order after receiving it, you may return all or a portion of the order for a complete or partial refund of the purchase price, if the returned items are in new, unused condition.  You may return these items using the shipping method of your choice, and you must pay for the return shipping charges.  The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Used or otherwise altered items not in new condition are not eligible for a refund.  Upon receipt of your returned items, we will inspect them, return them to inventory if in new, unused condition, and issue your refund.  (Please see our shipping address under '6 - Exchanges' below.)
6 - Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item after receiving it, you may return it using the shipping method of your choice, and you normally pay the additional shipping charge*.  The item returned must be in new, unused condition.  We will ship you the replacement item when we receive and inspect your return.  You will be charged an additional shipping fee for our return of the exchanged item to you*.  Our shipping address for returns and exchanges is:
