Here I illustrate how you may use the bee brush.  I'm preparing to place a medicated patty on top of the brood frame top bars, but there are bees all over the bars that need to move, so I'm brushing them off before placing the patty on top of the frames.

Always use a brush specifically designed for beekeeping, such as the one shown here, as its bristles are very soft and long and will not damage the bees.
